Hilton Employee parking lot as the river spills the banks. Time to close the party just a bit early. A few wet feet but all was well. Making memories left by the reminiscence of Hurricane Matthew.
WECT TV 11 pm reports minor street flooding in front of the Hilton. Guess that’s why it’s called “Water Street”. One party that will not be forgotten for more than one reason.
